We offer reliable shipping options at checkout based on your delivery address. Available methods and estimated delivery dates are displayed before you place your order. Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and shipping method selected. Any applicable shipping fee will be shown clearly before payment is completed.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or holidays. During sales, launches, or other high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with your carrier and tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear. If your tracking information has not updated after that time, please contact our customer service team with your order number.

International Shipping

International shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Delivery times may be extended by customs processing, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders.

Return Shipping

If you need to return an eligible item, please contact us before sending it back and follow our return instructions. Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
